Every 3,000-7,000 miles: Get an oil change. The oil change will replace the oil and oil filter. You should also get your other fluids (transmission, coolant, power steering, etc.) checked.
Every 15,000-30,000 miles: Replace the air filter. Around this time, you should also inspect the battery, the coolant and the fuel filter. At 30,000 miles, get your air filter and power steering fluid changed out.
Every 35,000-50,000 miles: Your battery needs to be checked and replaced if necessary. Also check spark plug wires, spark plugs, the ignition system and suspension.
Every 60,000 miles: Replace the brake pads, brake fluid, radiator hoses and coolant, timing belt and power steering fluid. At this time, you should also have your heating and AC system checked. Also recommended is checking the suspension system and tires.
